QM Division under the faculty of medicine, Chulalongkorn University has been practicing in accordance with the QM system of Chulalongkorn University since B.E. 2540 (1997) by emphasizing on the QM system and data management plan to improve education quality and standards according to internal QM indicator by which the higher education committee within the institution has prescribed. This internal QM indicator covers all aspects subjected to the ministerial regulation on the system rules and procedures for quality assurance B.E. 2546 (2003) which enable the QM division to assess all dimensions of the system which create balance between the different management perspectives and conformity of different standards. Ultimately, this emphasis is to improve the quality and standards of internal quality assurance indicator as well as external quality assurance indicator which conducted by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA).
